Use the form’s service-specific order fields: OT, PT, and speech-language therapy include a provider order section; counseling and CSA are marked no order required. Bridgeway confirms payer and authorization requirements before services begin.

Therapy Services
Bridgeway’s therapy services are designed to serve across the lifespan. Much of our care is pediatric-focused, while adult therapy primarily supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and others with functional support needs related to communication, mobility, daily living, participation, and independence. Referrals are accepted now; we'll contact each family as services become available.
