Communication is more than producing words.
The planned program will focus on meaningful connection and participation. Once the service opens, evaluation and care will be shaped around each person’s communication strengths, needs, stage of development, and the situations that matter most to them.
What therapy may look like
Once available, therapy may use play, books, conversation, visual supports, everyday routines, and activities selected for each person’s age, needs, and goals to practice communication in ways that feel engaging and useful. Exact services will depend on the clinician and finalized program scope.
