Clinical autonomy
We value professional judgment and believe clinicians should have room to think, individualize care, and use their expertise.
Bridgeway Health
Join Our Team
Bridgeway Health is growing a collaborative team of therapy and behavioral health professionals who value thoughtful care, strong relationships, and helping children, adults, and families move forward.
We’re building a practice where clinicians are trusted, collaboration is encouraged, and quality of care stays at the center of the work.
Our Practice
Bridgeway Health was created with the belief that great care happens when providers have the support, autonomy, and space to do their best work.
We are building a multidisciplinary practice that brings together therapy, counseling, and family-centered care while still respecting the unique expertise of each discipline.
Our goal is not simply to grow a large team. It is to build the right team.
Our Culture
The way a practice is built shapes the care that happens inside it. These are some of the principles guiding how we are growing Bridgeway.
We value professional judgment and believe clinicians should have room to think, individualize care, and use their expertise.
Providers should not have to work in silos. Better care happens when disciplines communicate, learn from one another, and work together when it benefits the client.
Strong therapeutic relationships matter. We want providers to have the time and support to understand the people and families they serve.
There is room for team members to help shape programs, develop areas of specialty, and grow into future leadership opportunities.
We value care that considers the whole person, their environment, their goals, and what meaningful progress actually looks like for them.
Bridgeway is rooted in Southeast Kentucky, and we want our work to reflect the needs of the communities and families we serve.
Future Colleagues
As Bridgeway grows, we are interested in connecting with professionals across therapy, behavioral health, and support services.
Some roles may not be actively hiring today. If the way we are building Bridgeway resonates with you, we would still be happy to connect.

Working Here
A strong team needs more than a mission statement. We want the experience of working at Bridgeway to reflect the same thoughtfulness we expect in the care we provide.
You should understand your role, responsibilities, documentation standards, and what success looks like.
We want new team members to feel prepared, not dropped into a full schedule and expected to figure everything out alone.
Your training, experience, and clinical reasoning matter.
Questions, ideas, and concerns should have a place to go.
As Bridgeway expands, we want strong team members to have opportunities to develop alongside the practice.
Clinical Leadership
Bridgeway is being built by clinicians who believe the way a practice is run matters just as much as the care provided within it.
Our leadership is hands-on, clinically grounded, and committed to creating an environment where providers can do thoughtful work, families feel supported, and new ideas have room to grow.

Founder, Occupational Therapist
Bridgett founded Bridgeway Health with a vision for creating a practice where thoughtful, individualized care and strong clinical relationships come first.
As an occupational therapist, her work is rooted in understanding the whole child and the systems that influence participation, regulation, learning, and daily life. Her clinical interests include nervous system regulation, sensory processing, primitive reflex integration, functional participation, and helping families better understand the needs beneath behavior.
As Bridgeway grows, Bridgett’s role extends beyond direct care. She is focused on building a collaborative clinical culture, supporting providers in developing their strengths, and creating a practice where professionals have the autonomy and support to do meaningful work well.

Director of Behavioral Health
Jodi leads Bridgeway’s counseling and behavioral health services and plays an important role in shaping the clinical direction of the practice.
Her work includes supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families while helping develop Bridgeway’s behavioral health programming, clinical standards, and systems for high-quality care.
As Director of Behavioral Health, Jodi also contributes to provider support, program development, clinical oversight, and the continued integration of behavioral health within Bridgeway’s multidisciplinary model.
Together, Bridgett and Jodi are building Bridgeway around a shared belief that strong clinicians do their best work when they are trusted, supported, and connected to the people around them.
